This is an independent commercial opportunity rather than salaried employment. You build your own portfolio, develop client relationships and create a business that is genuinely yours.
You don't need to arrive knowing the KaiserBloomz model. We teach you how we work, how to recognise the right commercial requirements and how to develop them into meaningful client engagements.
We also help you identify and develop potential clients. You have access to our network of solution providers and the wider KaiserClout network, resources and commercial experience whenever that strengthens the work.
You operate through your own company and invoice us for agreed work. If you have never worked this way before, we help you understand what is required and support you in getting the appropriate company structure in place.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build Relationships. Develop Business.
Your role is to build and develop your own portfolio of organisations. You lead the commercial relationship, understand what clients are trying to achieve and bring KaiserBloomz into the conversation when there is a challenge we could help solve.
You own the relationship. We help you develop what comes from it.
Identify organisations and decision-makers worth approaching, supported by the research, intelligence and lead development resources available across KaiserClout.

Start conversations, build relationships and develop an understanding of the organisation, its priorities and where progress is needed.

Turn identified requirements into serious commercial discussions and work with KaiserBloomz to determine which specialist capability best fits the need.

EDUCATION & COMMUNICATION
A university degree in any discipline is required. More important than the subject is your ability to communicate clearly, confidently and persuasively with senior people in a professional environment.
INDEPENDENCE & DRIVE
You organise your own activity, take responsibility for developing your portfolio and have the initiative to pursue promising companies and relationships rather than waiting for work to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION
Excellent English is essential, combined with professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. You should be confident building relationships across different countries, cultures and business environments.
